The pacifier's nipple is made of silicone, a synthetic material without any harmful substance and with a pleasant smooth surface. Silicone is particularly soft, tasteless and resistant to high temperatures. It is less elastic than rubber and should be replaced as soon as the first signs of wear appear (eg bites, scratches or small holes).
